Dear Friend,

With Uttorayon – The New Township launched 14 years ago, we had embarked on an exciting journey to bring to you an integrated living experience in a township for the first time in Siliguri. Uttorayon combined urban living spaces and leisure areas – from shopping complexes to entertainment venues, healthcare units to education institutions - all in a sustainable and secure ecosystem.

Reflecting upon our simple philosophy of making a difference to the way people live, we have endeavoured to create homes that go beyond bricks and mortar.
We want our customers to enjoy the green spaces, to shop in mall that offer modern amenities, to avail healthcare services close at hand, to spend time in the parks where the children are safe . . . because ‘home’ as an idea goes beyond four walls.

Udayan, a neighbourhood of condominiums and homes in Kolkata, was our first attempt at this. The success it garnered inspired us to create similar housing and township projects in and around Kolkata. Ulhas in Burdwan; Urvashi in Durgapur; Utsa, Ujjwala, Ujaas, Upohar and Utalika in Kolkata; and finally Uttorayon and Utsodhaara in Siliguri are examples of how we see the future of good living across Bengal.
