The township is equipped with proper ROW, considering the anticipated traffic. The road network has been thought through to ensure that residential plots form clusters and avoid the main vehicular traffic.
Primary source of water will be ground water extracted through borewell and supplied by the township till the plot boundaries. The use of recycled water for flushing is a paradigm shift in town planning.
For residential plots underground power cables will supply power till the plot boundaries. Adequate areas have been earmarked in the township for setting up sub-stations.
The plots will discharge their soil and waste water directly into the underground sewerage network which will be treated by the township STP.
The excess treated waste water and excess stormwater will be disposed outside the township through the surface water drainage network.
